The Buyer makes a choice regarding the method of delivery of the goods (pick up myself, parcel machine, transport company, etc.) during the order process and bears the transport costs.
Infigo uses cooperation partners (third parties) to deliver the goods to the Buyer.
All prices in the e-shop are in EURO and include VAT 20% and are indicated next to the products. A fee for delivery of the goods is added to the prices.
Orders within Estonia are delivered to the Buyer free of charge from order sum 100 €.
Orders within Finland are delivered to the Buyer free of charge from order sum 199 €.
Orders within Latvia are delivered to the Buyer free of charge from order sum 100 €.
Orders made from other countries will be subject to additional shipping costs as indicated in the e-shop when confirming the order.
The goods will be delivered to the delivery address indicated in the order. It is not possible to change the delivery address later.
Infigo delivers the goods to the door to the address indicated by the customer. When purchasing larger quantities, please let us know before confirming the order if the customer needs a truck with a liftgate to unload the goods. Also if the ordered goods need to be delivered to a higher floor than 1-e. Additional charges apply for these services. Send information to: email@example.com.
The expected delivery time of the goods is indicated with the products.
In the event that the goods ordered by the Buyer are not in stock and must be ordered from a special manufacturer/supplier, Infigo will inform the Buyer of this within two working days via email or phone. At the same time, the Buyer is informed of the deadline for the delivery of the ordered goods.
In the event that the Buyer loses interest in purchasing the goods due to a longer deadline for the delivery of the goods, the Buyer has the right to cancel his order and the amount paid by the Buyer (including the cost of transport) will be returned to the Buyer's current account.
The buyer is obliged to check the ordered goods immediately upon receipt. In the event that, upon receiving the goods, the Buyer discovers differences in its completeness or quantity, non-quality or other differences of the goods compared to the description provided in the e-shop or the order submitted by him, the Buyer must report this immediately by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the goods ordered by the Buyer are delivered by an employee of the postal company or transport company, the Buyer accepts the goods by signing the delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, the Buyer must make sure that the goods are in the correct completeness and quantity and are not damaged or spoiled. In the event that there is a difference in the completeness or quantity of the goods compared to the order submitted by the Buyer or the product is damaged or destroyed, a corresponding note must be made on the delivery note and notified immediately by email: email@example.com.
The risk of accidental destruction and damage to the goods is transferred to the Buyer upon delivery of the products at the place specified in the order.
